Questions, answered
How do I fund my wallet?
After signing up, generate your personal account number on the Fund Wallet page. Any transfer you make to it from your bank app or USSD is credited to your IDFIXER wallet automatically.
Am I charged if a verification fails?
No. If a lookup returns no record or the provider is unavailable, the charge is not taken, or it is refunded to your wallet automatically.
How do I get my verification slip?
When a verification succeeds you can download the slip right away. You can download it again from your transaction history for a limited time afterwards.
Some services say "processed by our team". What does that mean?
Services such as modifications, retrievals and registrations are handled by our team. You get a reference immediately and a notification when your request is completed.
Do you have an API for businesses?
Yes. Apply for an API key from the Developer page in your dashboard, then follow the API documentation.
